Before a plot appears here we pull the deed at the Chiang Dao Land Office, cross-check the boundary on the Land Department's LandsMaps, read the zone colour off the Chiang Mai provincial plan, check the distance to the reserved forest and the wildlife sanctuary boundary, walk the land, and photograph it ourselves. That takes about a day per plot, which is why this list starts empty rather than full.
